How to redeem a US Apple gift card

Our gift cards work only with a US Apple ID. Accounts from China or other regions cannot redeem them.

iPhone / iPad

1. Open the App Store and make sure you are signed in with a US Apple ID.
2. Tap your profile picture at the top right.
3. Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code.
4. Tap You can also enter your code manually, paste the code and tap Redeem.

Mac

1. Open the App Store and click your name at the bottom left.
2. Click Redeem Gift Card and enter the code.

FAQ

“This code is not valid”?

Check that your account is a US account and that the code is complete (16 characters, starting with X). If it still fails, contact support with your order number.

I paid but don’t see my code?

Payments usually confirm within seconds. Use “Track Order” with your order number and email, and check your spam folder.

Can I get a refund?

Digital codes cannot be revoked once delivered, so refunds are only available if the code itself is faulty.
